After his car breaks down in a thunderstorm, Jack seeks refuge in an isolated cabin. Inside, a volatile mountain man guns him down and holds him captive with his young wife. As the storm intensifies, Jack becomes drawn to the woman and urges her to flee, sparking a violent showdown. Tension rises as the cabin creaks and rain lashes the windows, leading to a brutal confrontation that endangers all three.
