The folk‑rock group Flor de Lis y los Dos del Orinoco travels town fairs performing old melodies. In Torremolinos they camp and meet Johnny, a cheeky go‑go boy who lives off the land and tourists. He turns the group into a beat band, dressing as hippies, singing in English under the name Los Hippy‑Loyas and posing as a Liverpool pop act, which launches a string of odd adventures.
