Macky Kam hires Jing Koo, a self-proclaimed Trick Expert, to ruin Kit's relationship with Lucy Ching. Jing infiltrates the Che household by posing as Kit's long-lost younger brother Che Man-jing. He lays the groundwork for his elaborate scheme using his signature tricks.

Kit is wary at first, but Jing gradually wins his trust and even secures a job in the same company. Jing is introduced to Lucy Ching and her friend Banana Fung, expanding his access and influence. The stage is set for Jing's ongoing interference at both home and work.
