Yehe Changgong is a once‑renowned Supreme Master of Martial Arts who has set aside his mantle to live quietly, his evenings spent coaxing melancholy notes from an erhu in the town’s modest courtyard. Across the same roof, Mingyue Xin arrives—a talented, enigmatic musician whose presence sparks a delicate contest of skill, seduction, and respect. Their interactions weave a subtle dance of rivalry and camaraderie, hinting at deeper currents beneath their performances.

Together they have built a humble haven: a warmly lit eatery known as the Dragon Inn, where their adopted daughter Xiaowei adds youthful curiosity and a bridge between generations.
