Viswanathan, Usman Ali and Balachandran are three cricket players who share a strong friendship and a hopeful dream of earning a spot in the APL Cochin team’s final selection tournament in Bangalore. Their journey is steered by their Coach, who believes in their talent and pushes them toward a big opportunity. On the eve of the trip, excitement runs high as they also meet Aswathy Alex, a freelance photographer who brings warmth and a renewed sense of possibility to their budding plan.

Right before departure, tragedy nearly strikes when Balachandran is injured while riding his bike, forcing him to skip the Bangalore trip. The setback hits hard, but the mood shifts again when their flight to Bangalore is canceled due to a bomb threat, turning their plans upside down and threatening to derail their chance at the tournament. It’s in this moment that Aswathy Alex—the optimistic, practical traveler—urges them to embrace a road trip instead, insisting that relaxing and enjoying the journey could sharpen their focus and lift their spirits. Bobby Varghese joins the crew, bringing a new energy and companionship to the ride.

What follows is a string of vivid road adventures that tests their bond and resilience. On the journey, Usman falls seriously ill after eating from a Dabba and is hospitalized, causing him to miss the tournament entirely. The narrative then cuts back to the earlier incident in which Balachandran was injured, and the truth comes to light: it was actually Usman who had somehow manipulated the situation on the road, contributing to the accident.

The group presses on, but another setback arises when Viswanathan suffers a bad leg injury after a jeep loses control, prompting a temporary halt to the trip. While they pause, Aswathy and Bobby embark on a secret mission to investigate the enigmatic John Subrahmaniyam, visiting a teashop owner who promises help in uncovering the truth. They slip into John’s house under the pretense of being his girlfriend’s cousins, only to be confronted by John, who quickly sees through their ruse and warns them to stay away.

A tense confrontation follows, with Bobby knocked unconscious during a confrontation. When he wakes, he discovers a dead Aswathy, a scene the tea shop owner quickly rescues him from. A series of replayed revelations then reveals that Aswathy is not dead after all. In another replay moment, it’s shown that it was Bobby who opened the door, causing Viswanathan to fall and injure his leg. The tea shop owner urges Bobby to leave, and the truth about the teashop owner’s identity emerges: John Subrahmaniyam is the one behind the ruse, and Aswathy is his sister who staged her death to help John become the selected player.

With the truth out in the open, the group prepares to move forward, only to learn that the selection tournament has been cancelled for the time being. John, who now regrets his actions and sees that Aswathy has developed real feelings for Bobby, encourages her to share those feelings. Sometime later, the tournament restarts, and John—along with the others—competes as a team, choosing reconciliation over rivalry. Viswanathan earns the honor of Man of the Tournament, a testament to their perseverance and teamwork.

In the final moments, Bobby and Aswathy seal their romance with a wedding, witnessed by Viswanathan, Usman, Balachandran, and John, marking a hopeful ending that emphasizes friendship, redemption, and the power of sport to unite people.
