In the sequel to the cult comedy series, the plump Madrid police officer Torrente is dispatched to the sun‑drenched resorts of Marbella to stop a villain's plot to annihilate the city with a missile. Filled with his trademark crass humor and a James‑Bond parody style, the slap‑stick adventure became the highest‑grossing Spanish film ever, exceeded only by the original Torrente.
