Zarina, a talented dust-keeper fairy, dreams of the boundless possibilities of Blue Pixie Dust. Driven by ambition, she leaves Pixie Hollow and unexpectedly joins forces with a band of pirates at Skull Rock, becoming their captain. When Zarina disappears, Tinker Bell and her friends set off on a thrilling quest to find her.
