The victory comes when Bob is finally embraced by his friends, and they manage to pull him away from The Void, ending its threat and restoring the city. In the aftermath, the story jumps 14 months ahead. The team, now called the New Avengers, appears more stabilized but Bob stays cautious about fully rejoining hero duties. He suppresses his powers out of fear of losing control, revealing how his internal struggle still lingers. Meanwhile, the team roster has shifted, with new members like Red Guardian and US Agent, and Yelena stepping into the leadership role. Their relationship with the government remains complex—Yelena and her allies make a bold statement in claiming they “own” Valentina, the CIA director, as a way of asserting control over their fate.

The end-credits scene hints at an imminent intergalactic threat as a spacecraft related to the upcoming Fantastic Four film appears in space, setting up Earth’s heroes for challenges beyond their planet. This scene teases the larger cosmic story that will unfold and hints at how different teams and heroes will encounter one another in future Marvel adventures.
