Valkó, a young architect, envisions a residential block designed to remain stylish fifty years into the future. However, his forward‑looking proposals are repeatedly dismissed by superiors who are both manipulative and careless. Frustrated, he abandons the grand scheme and settles for designing a modest bachelor’s apartment instead.
