Manickam (Jeevan), a young man from a poor village, looks up only to his uncle (Vinod Raj) in Chennai and decides to stay with him. While watching a golf game, he catches Roopini (Malavika) and Santosh (Abbas) in a clandestine affair and records it on his video camera. Roopini, the wife of a wealthy businessman (Manoj K Jayan), becomes his target as he repeatedly blackmails her for money whenever he needs it.
