After his partner is killed in a robbery, NYPD officer Billy Wong teams with rookie Danny Garoni. While providing security at a fashion show, they watch the wealthy Laura Shapiro abducted. Federal agents suspect her father of colluding with Hong Kong drug lord Mr. Ko, prompting the police commissioner to dispatch Billy and Danny to Hong Kong to uncover the kidnapping and dismantle the drug network.
