Chiao Tzu‑Wei hires a killer, convinced the town’s government run by a corrupt kung fu school is extorting citizens. The assassin, Hsieh Chun (Hsiao Hu), returns after ten years with a suitcase of knives. He reunites old friends, sparks a romance, and faces double‑crossing villains, culminating in a brutal, blood‑soaked finale where the two brothers battle the Japanese opium‑ring leader.
