Set in a contemporary, present-day city, the narrative plays out on a night road with a taxi and a radio dispatch. While the visuals feel modern, the plot drifts into timeless myth with Death as a ferryman and Persephone-like figures. The time element bends as the looping events reveal larger cycles of memory and fate.

Most of the story unfolds on a lonely night-time highway and the corner of River and Elm. It starts as an ordinary urban drive, but the lack of others and the eerie radio chatter hint at something beyond reality. The River and Elm junction becomes a symbolic crossroads between life and the afterlife.

Time Loop explores the endless replays of Harris picking up Penny, and how memory resets erase the past. The loop becomes a prison and a test, with the couple attempting to break free by forming a real connection. The narrative reveals that love can bend the rules of time, but not fully escape mortality.
