Ismail Bhai Dheer Charan Srivastav rules a loyal crew that gathers near Charminar, trading gossip, bold boasts, and a fierce sense of izzat. His gang, including Saleem ‘Pheku’ Mast Ali and Jahangir Aziz Naser, moves with a rhythm that projects power and danger in equal measure, while others like Gafoor and Chaus circle the edges, always ready to back Ismail Bhai’s plans.
