The Windmill Massacre

Jennifer leaves Australia and travels to the Netherlands, hoping for a quiet new life. She accepts a nanny job, but her past begins to catch up with her when her new employers grow suspicious that she is a fugitive.

Desperate to vanish, she bluff-boards a tour bus driven by Abe, joining a mismatched group of travelers. The bus becomes a moving microcosm of secrets and nerves as strangers reveal hints of their pasts.

Takashi recognizes Ruby as a famous Tokyo model, while Nicholas inspects a pill bottle, hinting at a hidden issue. Jennifer drops a bottle and then claims the bus hit a man in the road, seeing a vision of her dead father that increases everyone's suspicion; the group grows tense as the bus refuses to restart.

Seeking a way out, Abe and Jennifer step away to examine a nearby windmill. While they are gone, Jackson experiences a nightmarish encounter with a scythe-wielding demon and is killed, and Jennifer barely escapes the same fate.

The remaining travelers disembark or separate after the frightening incident. Curt is accidentally injured, and Douglas blames Jennifer for putting his son's life at risk, amplifying the fear and mistrust.

Abe leads the group to a neglected cabin in the woods. Takashi, separated briefly, encounters a ghostly grandmother and speaks with regret about leaving her behind.

Inside the cabin, the travelers find an ancient document about a local devil-worshipping miller who was burned alive and returned as a vengeful demon. Each person discovers items that mirror dark secrets, sparking nightmares. Jennifer finally admits she caused her younger brother's death while protecting her family.

Nicholas reveals that he had been drunk while operating on Jennifer, contributing to her death in the past. The demon kills Nicholas, and Takashi returns to witness the murder before the demon spares him after hearing his remorse.

Ruby admits hiring a yakuza to disfigure a rival model, and Douglas confesses to killing his wife. The demon drags Ruby to a pool and drowns her, then decapitates Douglas as the group’s nightmares deepen.

Abe reveals that he has been the miller's assistant and kills Takashi to prevent harm to the innocent. He then lures Curt and Jennifer back toward the windmill under the pretense of helping them set it on fire.

Jennifer, unwilling to show remorse for her past with her father, is attacked by the miller. Curt manages to escape, and the windmill is set ablaze as the group teeters on the edge of collapse.

In a brutal clash, Jennifer rushes to save Curt and cuts Abe's neck, gravely wounding him. He survives only by using bone meal from the mill to staunch the bleeding. The miller reappears, taunts Jennifer that she cannot escape her fate, and kills her in front of Curt.

Abe, mortally wounded but alive, salvages another busload of travelers and decides to let them aboard, repeating the same line from earlier and ensuring the eerie, unsettling continuation of the nightmare.
