As Higgins storms out, Dexter Riley's chemistry project collides with Richard Schuyler's vitamin cereal mix. The accidental combo begins the chain of events that will lead to miraculous powers after it's combined with the cow’s diet.

The cereal-contaminated mixture causes the cow to produce an enormous quantity of milk, over 80 gallons. This startling result showcases the potential financial windfall behind the questionable experiments.

The next morning, Dexter samples the formula and discovers he has super-strength. Miraculously, the fraternity dog shares in the power, signaling the emergence of a sensational, campus-wide phenomenon.

Dexter surprises Dean Higgins and Quigley by lifting an obese student in a chair and then lifting Schuyler with his other hand. The demonstration proves the cereal formula’s extraordinary effects.

The board proposes a high-profile contest between Crumply Crunch’s sponsored lifters and Krinkle Krunch to decide which cereal delivers greater strength. Medfield is thrown into the planning as the underdog team.

Krinkle Krunch’s mole 'Harry' leaks word of the formula to the Krinkle president, prompting Krinkle to hire Arno and his goons to steal it. The rival company embarks on a nefarious mission to secure the advantage.

Arno’s crew break in, kidnap Schuyler, and transport him to Chinatown where they hypnotize him to reveal nothing. After a tense sequence, Schuyler steals a police car, triggering a chase that ends with him jailed for the escape.

Without Dexter’s formula the Krinkle cereal fails to grant strength, and Krinkle himself ends up breaking his hand after trying it. The sabotage creates a new obstacle for the Krinkle-Krunch plan.

Dexter realizes the breakthrough ingredient is the missing formula. He returns to the lab in the Dean’s vintage car, confronts Arno and ten goons, and drinks the formula to gain power again while racing back to the contest.

Dexter speeds back to the arena, the car is a wreck but he pushes it to the limit to reach the competition as the clock demands a four-minute return. The dramatic drive tests both Dex’s resolve and the car’s endurance.

Despite heavy odds, Dexter uses his last reserve of strength to lift a 1,111-pound weight and wins for Crumply Crunch and Medfield. The crowd roars as Medfield secures a morale-boosting victory.

Higgins and Quigley keep their jobs, Arno is imprisoned again, and Krinkle breaks his hand once more after consuming the wrong cereal. The episode closes with Medfield’s financial recovery secured by the victorious team.
