Plot Summary
In 1971, Professor Philip Zimbardo staged a psychological experiment where college students played prisoners and guards to investigate good and evil. Within five days, four prisoners broke down and another began a hunger strike, forcing the study to end after less than a week. The film, with strong language, dramatizes these events and explains why the test was terminated.
