Izzy, a talented hairdresser, is well-known in her community for being a warm-hearted person who helps those in need. She has developed strong relationships with her clients, and her salon acts as a refuge for many in her neighborhood.

A day at the salon takes a drastic turn when a microwave causes a fire due to several appliances being plugged into a single power source. Izzy manages to contain the fire using a fire extinguisher, showcasing her quick thinking and dedication to safety.

Following the fire incident, Doug, the landlord's assistant, demands $2000 in damages from Izzy. Reluctantly, she uses her savings meant for world travel to cover the costs, highlighting the sacrifices she makes for her salon and its operation.

Prince Thomas of Lavania schedules a haircut at Izzy's salon, but there is a mix-up when his assistant mistakenly calls her instead of a high-end salon. Izzy, oblivious to the prince’s identity, prepares for what she thinks is just another customer.
