Timeline
Ten years after Graham Chapman, John Cleese, Terry Gilliam, Eric Idle, Terry Jones and Michael Palin wrote the first episode of their series—originally called “Owl Stretching Time” and later known as Monty Python’s Flying Circus—a BBC crew found them in the Tunisian desert while they were filming Life of Brian, marking their tenth anniversary and reviewing the origins and influence of Monty Python.
