Russell Pierce, a veteran armored car driver, pairs with rookie Travis Stolly as they start their first shift together. The two men come from different generations and bring different approaches to the job, creating early tension but potential respect. The armored car catches fire at a small airstrip, and the chase erupts into a dramatic finale. Banner fires at the trio but is knocked unconscious by Natalie; Zoe escapes in a prepped plane. Russell reunites with Natalie as the night comes to a dramatic close.

Six months later, Travis has become a deputy sheriff and reconnects with Zoe, who now lives in luxury in Bali. Russell, retired, runs a bed-and-breakfast with Natalie. A box of money arrives from Travis and Zoe, suggesting ongoing ties and unresolved debts.

In a mid-credits scene, a museum curator complains about a damaged capuchin monkey while Clark insists it was damaged before transport. The moment leaves a lingering sense that the fallout of the heist extends beyond the main events of the film.
