Using his political influence, Galal dispatches men from the mental hospital to Port Said to have his sister Fatma arrested on grounds of insanity. After being taken, Fatma flees to the house’s roof, where she threatens to jump if anyone approaches, while recounting her story to the gathering crowd below.
