Frank Boyd arrives in Hong Kong expecting to visit a friend, only to learn that the friend was murdered days earlier. Determined to profit from the tragedy, he discovers his fiancée’s father has offered a $10,000 reward for the killer’s capture, and Frank sets out to locate the murderer and claim the money as he navigates the bustling streets of Hong Kong.
