An American actress travels to Mexico to shoot a film, bringing her daughter. Upon arrival she catches the eye of a drug‑dealer who runs a kidnapping ring. He places a drug‑dependent associate as the actress’s nanny, hoping to snatch the child for ransom, but the plan quickly unravels amid escalating terror.
