When a killer uses needles coated in lethal venom to freeze his victims, they are left conscious and helpless as their bodies are brutally mutilated— their bellies slit open with a razor‑sharp knife. Inspector Tellini is assigned to track the serial predator, following a trail of paralyzed, torn victims and piecing together the macabre pattern behind the gruesome murders.
