The four women initially plot to steal $50,000 from Deandrea's husband, Walter. Following their successful heist, they become a notorious group known as The Bag Girls, targeting Nola’s workplace, a strip club, for bigger scores, ultimately putting them in the crosshairs of the Cuban mafia.
