The story continues directly after Duel of Fists, reuniting the long‑separated brothers Ti Lung and David Chiang in Bangkok, where Ti Lung, a boxer, defeats the local favorite and draws the mob’s wrath. The action moves from Bangkok to Hong Kong, then Japan, and back to Hong Kong, as the brothers confront a Japanese crime syndicate led by boss Yamaguchi, played on‑screen by director Chang Cheh.
