Long believed to be the oldest surviving Greek feature film, its release was later identified as 1927, not 1924. The film stars burlesque comedian Sfikianos—trained in France—as the hapless Villar, who takes a job at a dry‑cleaner’s in Athens. As he roams the city, his well‑meaning attempts lead to a series of blunders and comic escapades.
