After Stree's apparent departure from Chanderi, the headless demon Sarkata emerges and abducts an unaccompanied woman. This first act signals a terrifying new threat looming over the town.

A few years later, the townsfolk start worshipping Stree, convinced that the women Sarkata abducted left home to seek better opportunities. The legend reframes fear into a protective myth surrounding the town.

Rudra gets an anonymous envelope containing missing pages of the Chanderi Puran and a chilling message: 'Vo Aayega.' He promptly shares the discovery with Vicky, who brushes him off.

An enigmatic woman who had vanished from a bus reappears to Vicky and warns him about Sarkata. Her intervention heightens the urgency to uncover the demon's true origins.

Sarkata abducts Bittu's girlfriend Chitti, making the demon's existence undeniable to the townspeople. The abduction confirms that Sarkata is an active threat rather than a mere legend.

The trio examines the missing pages and learns that Sarkata is the malevolent ghost of Chandrabhan, a former Chanderi chieftain who murdered Stree and her partner in front of their young daughter. He was killed by Stree but destined to return after her departure, and he despises progressive women.

Realizing they need Stree, Vicky and Bittu seek Jana, who had once served as a medium for Stree, at Bhaskar's residence (the werewolf cousin). They convince him to return home for a 'stage play' that might draw Stree back.

They track Stree to her lair; Sarkata attacks Jana, who experiences an out-of-body moment. Jana's soul visits Sarkata's lair, finds the missing woman, and returns to his body with new information.

The missing woman fights Sarkata, having absorbed Stree's powers through her braid. Sarkata retaliates by destroying Stree's statue, signaling his growing authority over the town.

The woman lends Vicky a mystical dagger that can kill Sarkata and they plan to lure the demon with a dance performance featuring Rudra's lover Shama. The plan hinges on drawing Sarkata into the crowd.

Sarkata interrupts the plan by abducting Shama during the performance, and Vicky cannot bring himself to strike. In the wake, the bewitched town’s men grow chauvinistic, further threatening women.

They trace the letter's writer to a mental asylum, where the writer is revealed to be Sarkata's descendant. He explains that Sarkata can only be defeated by someone who is neither man nor woman but both.

The woman merges her soul with Vicky for a time, and they enter Sarkata's lair to confront him. They sever his head, but each split portion becomes a new Sarkata, overwhelming the group until Bhaskar arrives to help.

Stree arrives and drags Sarkata into lava, freeing the abducted women and disenchanting the town's men. The woman reveals herself as a ghost, shares her name with Vicky, and vows to meet again.

In a post-credits scene, Bhaskar finds himself naked in a jungle while Jana brings him clothes; news of a vampire in Delhi circulates. Meanwhile, Sarkata's remnants reach his descendant at the asylum and his ghost possesses him, hinting that the demon may return.
