Storm Warning unfolds on French Island, a low-lying, sparsely inhabited island in Western Port, off the coast of Victoria, Australia. Its mangrove-lined channels and tidal flats create a largely inaccessible backdrop that shapes the couple's struggle for safety. The island’s isolation is a constant threat, forcing Rob and Pia to rely on limited resources and each other.
