Spiral reveals that the masked killer, inspired by the infamous Jigsaw, is actually Emerson, the son of a police witness he believed was murdered by corrupt officers. Zeke, the protagonist, uncovers Emerson’s true identity after a tense confrontation. Emerson had been targeting officers involved in the cover-up, including Zeke’s father, Marcus.
