Son of Ingagi

Eleanor and Bob Lindsay marry in a festive ceremony. Shortly after the wedding, Dr. Helen Jackson discusses a will with Detective Nelson and her attorney and asks them to come to her house to discuss changing it.

Zeno visits Dr. Jackson and demands she reveal gold she supposedly hid from Africa. In response, Jackson hits a gong, summoning N'Gina, the missing-link monster she kept from Africa. The confrontation unsettles Zeno and sets the supernatural events in motion.

During the Lindsay wedding, an explosion erupts, sending guests into a rush to find answers. Most attendees investigate the chaos, while Eleanor remains at home, spared from the immediate danger. The blast introduces danger that threads through the family's life.

Dr. Jackson visits Eleanor and reveals she was in love with Eleanor's father and fled to Africa after he married Eleanor's mother. The revelation ties past affection to current danger and motives for the strange events. The scene deepens the connections between the characters.

In her laboratory, Jackson works on a potion intended for the benefit of humanity. N'Gina drinks the potion and goes on a rampage, ultimately killing Dr. Jackson. The experiment backfires and raises the threat level.

The Lindsay couple discovers they are named beneficiaries in Helen's will. Because of Helen's sudden death, they are initially suspected of murdering her. The investigation plants the seeds of a precarious future.

The Lindsays are acquitted of the murder charge. They move into Helen's manor, now free to live there but surrounded by lingering danger. The transition marks a new chapter amid continuing mystery.

Eleanor notices a pattern of food disappearing from the house. The mystery of missing provisions hints at an unseen, threatening presence. The family becomes more suspicious of what might be lurking beneath the surface.

Bradshaw, the will's executor, urges the family to sell the house. While rummaging through a desk, he accidentally rings the gong, summoning N'Gina from the cellar. N'Gina kills Bradshaw, escalating the danger.

Detective Nelson is assigned to solve the house's mystery and moves into the home. He begins organizing the investigation around the strange occurrences.

Zeno breaks into the couple's bedroom, attempting to confront them. Eleanor accidentally hits Bob instead of Zeno, causing him to escape. The intruder's presence raises stakes and fear within the household.

N'Gina emerges from the basement, and Zeno tries to seize Helen's gold. N'Gina catches Zeno and drags him upstairs for Nelson to find. The dogged pursuit of gold ties the monster's threat to the family fortune.

Eleanor spots N'Gina and faints. The monster then carries Eleanor downstairs, adding urgency to the rescue.

Nelson finds Zeno's body and wakes Bob. Bob then searches the house for Eleanor, determined to locate her.

N'Gina starts a fire, drawing Bob and Nelson to the basement. Bob locks the beast in a cell as the house burns, and Nelson exits with the gold. Bob and Eleanor escape unharmed.
