Bajirao Singham, Ajay Devgn, now a DCP, is transferred to Mumbai where a routine briefing quickly spirals into a high-stakes battle against corruption. When his team member Mahesh Jadhav is found dead inside an ambulance with bags of money, Singham swears to uncover the truth behind the crime and the web of power that surrounds it.

This investigation drags him into a dangerous conflict with a powerful religious figure, Satyaraj “Babaji” Chander, who wields influence over corrupt politicians and the city’s political machine. Among Babaji’s backers is the ruling party’s secretary minister Prakash Rao, Zakir Hussain, whose role in the scheme only deepens Singham’s resolve to reveal the truth.
