Savi, Deeksha Joshi, a compassionate vegan veterinarian at an animal shelter, and Satya, Malhar Thakar, an inventive engineer who designs solar-energy products, have both earned recognition for their work, including a Youth Icon Award. They are introduced to each other by their parents as potential marriage partners, after having met earlier at the wedding of mutual friends.
