In a lively town where everyday life hums along, Saravanan, Udhayanidhi Stalin, is a carefree, jobless youth who drifts around on a two-wheeler with a loyal circle of friends. His close ally is Kalyanam, Soori, an ambitious dreamer who aims to lead the famous political outfit Dho Jindhagi. A notorious mix-up occurs when a drunk photographer shoots some photos that misrepresent Kalyanam, drawing the police’s attention and putting him in hot water. To escape the trouble, Kalyanam teams up with Saravanan and heads to Dubai, where a surprising truth finally surfaces: his trip was connected to tending camels in the desert, not politics.

Back in their homeland, mischief compounds into a bigger plan. Saravanan’s friends embellish his reputation to the head of Dho Jindhagi, and to everyone’s astonishment, he is appointed as the party’s leader. Two years slip by before a new visit changes everything: Saravanan’s extended family arrives, bringing along Thenmozhi, played by Regina Cassandra, whose arrival coincides with increasing tension at the doorstep. Thenmozhi’s presence triggers a clash—she demands that Saravanan’s house-turned party office be cleaned before she steps inside, a detail that underscores their complicated schoolyard history of constant quarreling before she left town.

With no other place to establish the party office, Saravanan finds his surroundings wrapped up with Thenmozhi’s family.
