After the convention, the team reels from Michiru Hyodo’s performance of Icy Tail as they regroup for an after-event party to review Blessing Software’s game in development for the Winter Comiket. Hyoudou Michiru joins the rest of the crew, and the mood is lightened by banter and camaraderie. The gathering also features Aki Tomoya and Katō Megumi as they navigate the parent project’s growing expectations, while Kasumigaoka Utaha playfully teases the pair about their first kiss, prompting mixed reactions from the group. Akane Kosaka soon arrives and vents her frustrations about the game to Utaha and Sawamura Spencer Eriri, highlighting the tension between ambition and the demands of their collaborative project.

Facing a tight deadline, Aki struggles to finalize the screenplay for the main heroine route and heads to Utaha’s apartment for feedback, only to run into Kosaka instead. Kosaka argues that the script is too clean for today’s audience and urges him to push for more provocative moments to grab viewers’ attention. After this encounter, Aki plans a celebratory date with Katō to mark her birthday, but the day takes a sharp turn when he discovers Kosaka unconscious and hurries her to the hospital, learning that her right hand has a short-term paralysis. The news throws the project into sharper focus, as Kasumigaoka and Sawamura worry about meeting the submission deadline without Kosaka, who wanted something extraordinary they could be proud of.

Realizing they need more time, the group seeks Aki’s help to persuade the director to delay the deadline by two weeks, giving them space to refine the work. Aki talks with Katō about the predicament, deciding to step away from their circle temporarily, a decision that deeply heartaches Katō. He ultimately convinces the director to grant the extension, and he stays with Utaha and Sawamura to push the project toward completion. Katō steps into a leadership role to steer the circle through the final stages, keeping everyone aligned on the schedule while navigating personal feelings that have begun to surface.

Inside the Hashima residence, the tension culminates as Katō confesses her feelings for Aki in front of Hyodo and Izumi Hashima. The moment crystallizes the shifting dynamics within Blessing Software, as Aki returns home to discuss a new script for the main heroine route with Katō and to acknowledge the affection that has grown between them. The couple shares a kiss, and the team recommits to finishing the game, with Kasumigaoka and Sawamura supporting from the sidelines as friends and fellow creators.

With renewed resolve, they complete the project, and Blessing Software’s game goes on to sell a thousand copies at the Winter Comiket. The team’s hard work pays off, but the journey also cements the personal bonds that emerged during the crunch.
