In Persia years ago, the famous painter Ram Madhav raised his illegitimate son Amar. Amar murders Ram Madhav after a confrontation over his mother Salma. Amar takes the painting of Salma as his last remembrance and to preserve the memory of the past.

Salma the angel, a painting of Ram Madhav's mother, becomes the central artifact tied to the old tragedy. Amar's murder of Ram Madhav and the painting's fate set the motive for later events. The painting's mystery looms over the Dubai heist.

Present-day, Sidhiq, Sophia, Zachariah, and Robin receive an invitation from Ramachandra Boss & Co for a project in Dubai. They soon realize the assignment is a planned robbery rather than legitimate work. Despite personal troubles, they decide to participate.

The crew robs a bag belonging to Jessy who is in Dubai, and she loses her passport in the process. She later joins the mission after resolving the passport issue, becoming part of the group. This addition thickens the plan and complicates loyalties.

The team targets Salma the angel, kept in Amar Palace, believing the painting is the key to their heist. Ramachandra explains that the painting is tied to the murder of Ram Madhav, witnessed by him as a toddler. The crew's motive becomes personal as they chase the artifact.

The crew gains entry to Amar Palace by posing as workers and hijack the security system, enabling Ramachandra to monitor activities remotely. Their control over surveillance makes it easier to maneuver through the palace undetected. The stage is set for the painting to move.

Inside the palace, Amar's men apprehend Sailesh, and through him Ramachandra's whereabouts are revealed. The group heads toward Ramachandra but discovers he and his gang have escaped through a tunnel beneath their tent. The betrayal tightens the plan's tension.

Amar plans to sell the painting during the biennale at the Hotel Grand Park. The painting is loaded onto a truck and moved toward the exhibition hall, where a disguise-enabled chase unfolds. Amar's trick is revealed as the original painting has been replaced.

During the biennale, Ramachandra's gang arrives and threatens Amar with firearms. Sailesh and Siddique seize the painting and pass it through a duct system to Mathan, who in turn delivers it to the Russians. The Russians soon realize the art they want is a fake.

It is revealed that Alex, one of Amar's henchmen, helped Ramachandra sabotage the duct plan, replacing the painting and hiding the real artwork beneath Ramachandra's car. The scheme reveals shifting loyalties and a carefully orchestrated deception. The painting's true location becomes a bargaining chip in the group’s plan.

Mathan collects money from the Russians in exchange for the painting, but he hides the real money and returns counterfeit notes when the Russians demand repayment. The Russians discover the painting is a duplicate and lose faith in the buyers. This twist underscores the greed fueling the operation.

The group returns to Kerala and discovers Ramachandra's mother is alive. Salma is revealed to have orchestrated the ruse to reclaim her painting, using Ramachandra to pull off the con. The revelation reframes the crime as a long game involving past debts and a mother’s desire for her artwork.
