Sam threatens to blow Bugs to smithereens, but Bugs responds by chewing gum and sticking it into the gun. The gun backfires, leading to Bugs blowing Sam down a cliff in a comedic sequence.

Sam captures Bugs and filters him out using a sieve, then takes Bugs to his cabin at gunpoint. Bugs is placed on a wall, where he causes minor annoyances to Sam, continuing their playful rivalry.

Bugs is put into the oven and repeatedly escapes, bringing items like a fan, water, chairs, and party favors, often teasing Sam. He humorously interacts with Sam's hat and continues to annoy him.

Bugs invites Sam into the oven for a party, and when Sam enters, Bugs finds the party is real, including a live-action clip from 'Romance on the High Seas'. Bugs enthusiastically joins the celebration, embracing the fun.

At the cartoon's end, Bugs waves to the audience, wearing a hat and holding party favors, and states, 'I don't ask questions; I just have fun!', concluding the playful chase and chaos.
