ASP Walter IPS, a police officer, is introduced during a violent protest in Kumbakonam. He then investigates the disappearance of a newborn baby, a case that leads him to suspect a larger criminal operation. Accompanied by his subordinate Paneerselvam, Walter delves deeper into the mystery, uncovering similar cases and confronting obstacles. A political power struggle between Eshwaramoorthi and his potential successor, Bala, further complicates the investigation, bringing Bala's friend Arjun, who is connected to the missing children, into the picture. The story follows Walter's pursuit of the criminal syndicate responsible.
