Prithvi

Prithvi Kumar passes his CSE and is posted as the Deputy Commissioner of Bellary district. He and his love interest Priya marry and leave for Bellary, where they are warmly welcomed as he begins his new posting.

An old man, Shankarappa from Sandur-Taluk, visits Prithvi and reveals that his son Kantharaju has been missing for days. Prithvi promises to look into the case, linking the disappearance to the district's illegal mining and water pollution problems.

While examining the Eshwari Mines files, Prithvi is approached by the Mining Federation offering a bribe in the form of an expensive watch. He rejects the bribe, standing firm on his duty and integrity.

Prithvi learns from Sandur-Taluk Inspector Suryaprakash that Kantharaju is a government surveyor. He visits Sandur-Taluk hospital and discovers patients suffering diseases linked to illegal mining.

Naagendra Nayak pressures Prithvi to blindly sign the mining file with support from his minister brother and the Home Minister. Prithvi refuses and forwards the file to the Central Government, choosing accountability over corruption.

In response to Prithvi's stand, Naagendra destroys Prithvi's bike with a bomb, escalating the danger and showing the reach of the mining cartel. The attack raises the stakes for Prithvi and his family.

At an NGO school function, Prithvi takes control of Naagendra's illegal mines, triggering a strike and riot organized by Naagendra's supporters. The media begins projecting Prithvi as a district leader.

Narasimha uses political pressure to compel the Home Minister to order Prithvi to reopen the factory, but Prithvi refuses to yield, insisting on the legal process and proper action against corruption.

With Basavaraj, a reporter, Prithvi uncovers a Karnataka- Andhra Pradesh border dispute and learns that the critical survey file is with Kantharaju. The intrigue widens beyond Bellary.

Prithvi, Surya Prakash, and Basavaraj meet Kantharaju in Ananth Nagar, Andhra Pradesh. Kantharaju hands over the border-survey file to Prithvi and leaves, raising the stakes of the conflict.

Naagendra's henchman abducts Kantharaju, while Basavaraj is also kidnapped by Naagendra. Naagendra later sends Prithvi a grim message with a severed head threat, escalating the crisis.

Prithvi, with Surya Prakash’s help, devises a trap to force Naagendra to surface with Kantharaju. Naagendra arrives with Kantharaju, and a close-combat confrontation ensues, in which Prithvi defeats Naagendra and frees Kantharaju.

Narasimha is arrested for illegal mining, the mines are seized by the government, and Naagendra's name is added to the Bellary missing person case. Kantharaju reunites with Shankarappa, while Priya reconciles with Prithvi.

The film ends with Prithvi continuing his duties as the District Collector, steadfast in his commitment to justice and vigilance against corruption. He remains dedicated to protecting the people of Bellary as long as he serves in his role.
