Norman works selling newspapers outside Westminster Station, but his grandfather—the Prime Minister—pushes him into a “more responsible” career. After a few favors, Norman lands a reporting job in the seaside town of Tinmouth. He wrecks a council meeting, triggers the demolition of a new house, and then tries to stage a beauty pageant, delivering a slap‑stick look at corruption from the top down.
