In a village election clash, Baldev Pratap Singh and his ally Badshah beat the goons who insult Jaiprakash Kedar. The brutality solidifies Baldev's grip over local politics. On his deathbed, Jaiprakash pleads with Baldev to marry his daughter-in-law Saroj and raise Shiv's children Ayush and Palak.

Shiv Kedar is killed during a political rally by Kishen Yadav. Baldev and Badshah chase down Kishen and his enforcers and kill them. This act seals Baldev's hardline approach in the local scene.

In the present, Baldev's son Ayush works with him as the heir apparent. Palak has severed ties with Saroj and avoids her mother. Palak is a doctor with two children, and she introduces Ayush to Shivi, whom he begins dating.

Baldev privately worries that Vivaan is unfit for politics and should study abroad. Vivaan overhears his mother confess that his birth pushed Palak away, fueling resentment.

Asma, Badshah's daughter who has just completed her MBA, is appointed as manager of Baldev's hotel. The appointment brings her into close proximity with the family and the power circle.

Vivaan misbehaves with Asma at the hotel, and Ayush witnesses the incident. Baldev makes him apologize in front of the family and then assigns him to work under Asma as punishment.

Majid Maqbool uses blackmail to pressure party officials for a Malihabad ticket. Baldev decides to break with the party and contest as an independent candidate.

As elections near, Majid and Bajwa join forces to attempt to assassinate Baldev. The target survives the attack, but the incident raises the stakes for Baldev's campaign.

A drunken Vivaan sits on a hotel ledge where Asma works. He tries to rape her after drugging her, and in a panic her body is burned in a car. Asma escapes from the burning car but dies immediately afterward.

Vivaan is charged with Asma's murder and rape, jeopardizing Baldev's campaign. Palak, as medical examiner, refuses to alter the autopsy report. Baldev is forced to ally with Bajwa to protect his chances in the election.

Bajwa releases Vivaan from jail and forms an alliance with him to seize Baldev's legacy by eliminating Ayush. At the same time Baldev and Bajwa plot to eliminate Badshah to clear the path.

Vivaan orchestrates assassination attempts on Ayush while he is with Shivi and Palak’s children at the cinema. He then goes to Palak's house and kills Palak and her husband while Ayush is on a call. Baldev protects Vivaan and urges Ayush to end the blood feud, while Durga accuses the murder of being a robbery cover-up.

Ayush tries to kill Vivaan but fails. Badshah eventually kills Vivaan to end the blood feud. Baldev orders SP Sarang to kill Ayush and Badshah, and Bajwa adds Durga to the kill list. Badshah then reveals that Baldev killed Shiv on the way to the hospital to pursue his political ambitions.

In a final confrontation at Baldev's house, Baldev asks Ayush to end the blood feud by killing him. Ayush refuses and leaves with Badshah, choosing to walk away from the family vendetta.
