A young architect in Los Angeles becomes the target of a criminal gang that controls the city’s cocaine trade. When they suspect he has uncovered their operation, the gang—who also include corrupt police officers—set out to eliminate him, forcing him to evade deadly stalkers while uncovering a larger conspiracy.
