People Hold On

Alycia, Robin, Freddy, and Matthew arrive at the quiet cottage for their annual trip. Dan shows up with his 19-year-old girlfriend Marley, and Julia and Darren arrive last, bringing a mix of excitement and unease. The weekend begins under a cloud of old tensions and new dynamics as everyone settles in.

They settle in and begin cooking, and Robin tries to befriend Marley, though the mood remains uneasy. After dinner, the group drinks and smokes mushrooms, loosening inhibitions.
