Bill Peck idolizes his father and works hard to behave, but when his mischievous cousin Horace arrives, Bill’s carefully laid plans unravel. Horace’s bratty antics repeatedly land Bill in trouble instead of the true culprit, testing Bill’s patience and his desire to stay in his father’s good graces.
