Jack Cayanan develops swollen vocal folds and is advised to rest by doctors. He pushes back against the recommendation, driven by a fear of disappointing his fans. The illness sets the stage for tension between his career demands and his family life.

Flashbacks reveal how Jack and Barbara became a hosting duo known as JaBar during a Bingo event. At a beauty pageant, Jack is chosen to host while Barbara is sidelined. She leaves in frustration, and Jack insists they were never in a romantic relationship.

Despite his illness, Jack agrees to keep working as the network plans an exclusive interview with Don Bill Libme. Rose reappears in the scene, renaming herself Rose, a known social media influencer who challenges Jack. The plan becomes a vehicle for both rivalry and career opportunity.

Jack disguises himself with a mole on his left cheek, while Rose matches with a mole on her right cheek. Kookai, one of Don Bill's maids, recognizes them, and Jack pleads for silence to protect their identities. The tension between safety and exposure heightens as they pursue the interview.

They reach Don Bill's room to find him fatally stabbed with a syringe. Marites, one of the maids, witnesses Rose stabbing Don Bill, thrusting the two hosts into a perilous mystery. The initial murder accusation frames the early conflict of the plot.

A mysterious caller demands that Jack and Rose deliver green, blue, and pink coins within an hour. The caller hints that the killer is among Don Bill's own children, and the key to accessing the rooms lies with Don Bill himself. They decide to retrieve the coins by bringing the corpse along.

In the Blue Room, Kookai notices Jack and Rose with Don Bill's corpse. They must imitate pictures and facial expressions as shown by Don Bill's hologram to earn the Blue Coin. A wrong expression triggers an alarm, but Jack eventually imitates the required expression and secures the Blue Coin.

Maren and Jorge shadow Jack and Rose in the Green Room. They must sing a challenging performance of Salamat to reach a perfect score of 100 and avoid a detonating bomb. The duet emulates famous Filipino singers, culminating in earning the Green Coin.

While searching for the Pink Coin, a party erupts and Don Bill's corpse disappears. In the Pink Room, Carlos—the head of security—possesses the Pink Coin and is revealed as the killer. Jack and Rose discover the conspiracy and realize the true antagonist among the trio of rooms.

With three coins in play, the trio proceeds to the vault to place the Blue and Green coins, while the Pink Coin is discarded. A chase ensues involving Jack, Rose, Carlos, and his men, culminating in confrontation with Liezel and Don Bill's children who recognize the pair.

Marites is possessed by Don Bill's soul via a Ouija board and accuses Jack and Rose of desecrating the corpse, while revealing that Carlos killed Don Bill. The spirit details Carlos's motive—money for his mother's surgery—along with his access to weaponry from past assassination attempts. Carlos is ultimately exposed and confronted with evidence.

Carlos is arrested, and Jack is urged to reconcile with his family. Jack's family celebrates his father's birthday, while Rose stands in as a substitute host. The film closes on a warm note as they celebrate Christmas together with renewed ties.
