After being dismissed from their sports‑club jobs for incompetence, Emilio and Guillermo learn the girls they fancy are vacationing in Mar del Plata. They travel to the resort, gamble at a casino and promptly lose their winnings. With no money left, they take temporary lifeguard jobs, hoping the beach offers a fresh start.
