This sequel to Paranoia Tapes follows Chase, another personality of Henry, as he investigates the events of the first film. Searching through hidden tapes within Henry's house, Chase seeks answers about his own identity and whether he is the genuine personality or if Henry was the one suffering from psychosis. The film incorporates segments from around the world, including Belgium and Japan, and features contributions from YouTubers involved in the found footage scene. Each short is based on real events, some presented without special effects, revealing a larger, more complex story that surpasses the original and leaves audiences wanting more from Jack Hunter and Southern Sykos Productions.
