As Dawn grapples with grief and anxiety following the loss of her husband, her mental state deteriorates, blurring the line between reality and illusion. Her daughter, Melanie, attempts to help, but her efforts inadvertently intensify Dawn's distress and jeopardize their relationship. Consumed by paranoia and a desperate need for comfort, Dawn’s actions create a widening rift between them. Melanie must then make a difficult decision: help her mother, or protect their connection.
