Set against the backdrop of rural New Jersey, the film follows a couple who share a peaceful life foraging for wild mushrooms. Their idyllic existence is challenged when Regina pursues a career as a chef in a Manhattan restaurant, exchanging her traditional basket for a chef's hat.
