Steve, a ninja recruited by police, teams with Lieutenant Kevin to investigate a theft at a Federal Research Institute where seven ninja warriors stole a vital document. Master Kurodo’s thieves retrieve only half the data. Kevin suspects a Japanese garden as Kurodo’s base, is captured and killed. Enraged, Steve awakens his katana, storms the garden, defeats the ninjas, recovers the papers, destroys the lab and confronts Kurodo in a final showdown.
